With a whoosh, Super Saiyan 7 Vegeta appeared before Scumbag Kakarot almost as if he had teleported and threw a punch that passed straight through his body.
Super Saiyan 7 Vegeta immediately realized something was wrong and swung back behind him, only for Scumbag Kakarot to catch his fist.
The two began a contest of strength, their purple and white auras pressing against each other, neither giving ground.
Seeing this, Super Saiyan 7 Vegeta drove his knee toward Scumbag Kakarot's chin.
Bam! Super Saiyan 7 Vegeta's knee struck Scumbag Kakarot's chin, but it felt like an ordinary person kneeing a slab of steel.
Super Saiyan 7 Vegeta grimaced. "Scumbag Kakarot, are you made of steel?"

He let go, clutched his head, and retreated several hundred meters before shouting at Scumbag Kakarot, "Scumbag Kakarot, who fights like that? Aren't you afraid you'll bash yourself stupid?"
Scumbag Kakarot laughed. "Nope. I have a hard head. Besides, when necessary, any part of your body can become a weapon. You aren't limited to your fists and feet."

Then he attacked Scumbag Kakarot again.
Scumbag Kakarot remained utterly unruffled. Despite Super Saiyan 7 Vegeta's relentless, thunderous attacks, he was as steady as a mountain, strolling through the onslaught with leisurely ease.
"Huh? What technique is that?" Son Goku asked curiously.
"That's Ultra Instinct," Whis said.
