Son Goku stood rooted to the spot at those words. After a long silence, he said, "I understand, my other self from another timeline."
Scumbag Kakarot nodded. "Let's go. I'd like to look around your house."
Son Goku nodded, then took everyone back to his home.
Looking at Son Goku's bare, poverty-stricken home, Scumbag Kakarot finally understood why Chi-Chi had become such a shrew.
He went outside, found an empty patch of ground, and reached out, plucking a diamond mountain a thousand feet across from the Diamond Planet.
The eyes of this timeline's Chi-Chi lit up at the sight.
Scumbag Kakarot said, "Chi-Chi, you know what to do, right?"
This timeline's Chi-Chi nodded, and everyone went back inside.
Scumbag Kakarot then answered Son Goku's questions one by one.
"So that's how it is. That means you're really strong, Scumbag Kakarot. Could you spar with me?" Son Goku asked.
"Well, a leopard never changes its spots. Looks like everything I said earlier was wasted. Since you're so determined to bite off more than you can chew, I'll oblige. But not right now. Once we've seen Vegeta, both of you can come at me together," Scumbag Kakarot said.
"Sure, no problem!" Son Goku said excitedly.
Everyone chatted for a while, then headed to Vegeta's house.
A little later, Vegeta stared at the two Son Gokus and Chi-Chi, bewildered for a moment. Then he caught on. "So a Kakarot from another timeline has come to visit ours?"
