A few days later, Son Goku boarded the Time Machine and vanished into midair as everyone watched.
In the Future Timeline, Trunks hovered in the air, facing off against Son Goku. Trunks had waist-length silver hair, black rims around his eyes, silver pupils, and a muscular upper body covered in silver fur. Son Goku had black hair and silver pupils, and Silver Flame enveloped him.
A moment later, Trunks brought his hands together at his waist and gathered energy.
Across from him, Son Goku cupped his hands together at his waist and gathered energy as well.
Both shouted at once, "Masenko!" "Kamehameha!" Then they thrust their hands forward, firing at each other.
The two energy waves closed the distance in an instant.
Just then, a white light flashed in the air, and Son Goku from another timeline appeared in his Time Machine, right between the two energy waves.
The instant he appeared, both waves slammed into him, blasting the Time Machine to pieces.
"Fuck!" Son Goku swore. He instantly transformed into Super Saiyan 4, then thrust one hand forward and the other backward, holding off both energy waves.
Seeing this, Trunks and Son Goku immediately stopped their attacks and looked at the newcomer between them.
Only after the energy waves stopped did Son Goku look around.
In front of him was Trunks in Super Saiyan 5, and behind him was Son Goku in Ultra Instinct Sign.
Standing below were the Angel Whis, the God of Destruction Beerus, Vegeta, Piccolo, Son Gohan, Son Goten, Bulma, Chi-Chi, and the others.
Below, Beerus narrowed his eyes at Son Goku and said to Whis, "An outsider."
Whis nodded, then said to Beerus, "Let's watch first."
Beerus nodded.
In the air, Trunks recognized Son Goku and asked tentatively, "Uncle Goku, is that you?"
