Blushing, Jiang Ze pushed at the man in front of him and touched his swollen lips, feeling rather helpless.
Who kept kissing even after they'd reached their own front door?

Especially when his baby had pulled the ring he'd prepared out of his jacket earlier.

Embarrassed and flustered, Jiang Ze reached for the ring in the man's hand.
Compared with the one his big shot had given him, his was far too shabby!
"Who asks for their own proposal ring back?"
Meng Zhiyuan swiftly slipped the ring onto his finger, not minding another piece of jewelry on his hand in the least.
"My baby worked hard to earn the money for this. Whatever you give me, I'll love it."
As he spoke, he even solemnly kissed the ring on his finger.
He kept it up until Jiang Ze grew embarrassed.
"Wait! How did you know I earned the money for it myself?"
Meng Zhiyuan leaned down and pinched his earlobe, narrowing his eyes slightly.
"When my wife comes home smelling of someone else's perfume, how could her husband just ignore it?"
Jiang Ze widened his eyes, at a loss for words. If he'd been in Meng Zhiyuan's shoes, he probably wouldn't have been nearly so calm.
He might have started demanding answers long ago.
Suddenly feeling he was somewhat in the wrong, he could only clear his throat twice.
"All right, all right. I just wanted to surprise you, Uncle Zhiyuan~"
He deliberately lowered his voice, wheedling sweetly in an attempt to get out of trouble.
Meng Zhiyuan smiled and stopped teasing him. They got out of
