Background / History

Yi transmigrates into the Naruto world and grows up as an Uchiha orphan. Clan members help support him after his parents die, but the elders regard him as unlikely to awaken the Sharingan. At six, he realizes that he is Naruto and Sasuke’s age and fears the impending Uchiha massacre 1 4.

His father, Uchiha Jing, had been the Third’s teammate. He also took Might Guy on missions and saved Guy’s life several times, establishing the family connection that later gives Yi access to taijutsu training and refuge 2 8.
