Uchiha Yao helped Naruto master Sage Mode and the Rasenshuriken, then stopped attacks on the Land of Fire and captured Rasa and Mu. As the war shifted toward a wider conflict, Sasuke and Boruto arrived from a parallel world, where the Uchiha Clan had been destroyed.

• Uchiha Yao took Naruto to Mount Myōboku, where Naruto learned Sage Mode and perfected the Sage Art: Rasenshuriken with help from the Great Toad Sages.
• Uchiha Yao returned to the front and learned that Iwagakure’s forces were threatening Konoha’s supply lines, while Might Guy defeated the reanimated Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist and Kimura Taku sealed them.
• Uchiha Yao guarded Daimyo Chiba from Rasa and Mu, while Gaara rejected Rasa and helped capture him, and Yao then destroyed Mu and sealed Rasa.
• Uchiha Yao returned to Konoha and planned for the Alliance’s advance, warning that Impure World Reincarnation posed the greatest threat and ordering sealing specialists assigned to the combat units.
• Sasuke and Boruto entered a prosperous Konoha from a parallel world, but teenage Sasuke and the Uchiha Police Force confronted them after suspecting they were dangerous.
• Uchiha Yao stopped the fight and identified adult Sasuke and Boruto as visitors from another spacetime, but adult Sasuke revealed that Itachi had killed their parents and the entire Uchiha Clan in his world.

Uchiha Yao defeated Urashiki and helped Naruto and Gaara master their tailed beasts, while Adult Sasuke returned to his timeline after meeting his family. On the warfront, Konoha beat back the allied forces, but Ōnoki turned to assassination plans and Orochimaru prepared a new group of resurrected fighters.

• Young Sasuke told Adult Sasuke that Itachi had been tried and executed after Father and Hokage-sama stopped his attack, and Adult Sasuke accepted that Itachi may have received his best ending.
• Adult Sasuke warned that Urashiki was targeting Naruto, so Uchiha Yao brought Naruto together with Gaara, Temari, and Hinata to act as bait and trap Urashiki.
• Uchiha Yao defeated Urashiki, then Adult Sasuke and Boruto visited Mikoto, who recognized Adult Sasuke as her son before he returned to his timeline with Boruto.
• Fugaku and Deidara fought the Allied Shinobi Forces as Konoha repelled attacks from the Raikage, Ōnoki, and other enemy forces, while Shikaku exposed White Zetsu infiltrators among Konoha’s ranks.
• Naruto reconciled with Dark Naruto and met Kushina in his mind, then gained Kurama’s Chakra as Gaara accepted his past and received Shukaku’s Chakra.
• Konoha’s fighters defeated and sealed Hanzo, Pakura, and Gari, while Chiyo attacked the Konoha and Sunagakure forces serving together.
• After Iwagakure and the Hidden Cloud retreated, Fugaku assigned Sasuke to Shunichi’s assault squad, and Shikaku warned the commanders about White Zetsu and Impure World Reincarnation.

The Konoha forces hunted infiltrators and fought off the Allied Forces while Naruto, Sasuke, and Gaara faced powerful resurrected enemies. The arc left Naruto exhausted after sealing Minato, while Uchiha Yao confronted Orochimaru-controlled Itachi to protect Sasuke and Gaara.

• Fugaku sent Uchiha squads to hunt the Allied Forces infiltrating the Land of Fire, and Yanyue’s team ambushed Omoi’s Hidden Cloud squad in the Mist Forest.
• Fugaku sent Naruto, Sasuke, and Gaara with a hundred Konoha shinobi to provoke the Alliance, while Raigamaru’s squad killed the daimyo before Shidai and the Uchiha blocked their escape.
• Five reanimated fighters attacked Konoha’s main camp, and Kakashi, Jiraiya, Guy, and Fugaku’s forces fought them as Sasuke confronted Itachi.
• Kakashi defeated Hatake Sakumo, and Jiraiya and the ANBU contained Dan Katō while Fugaku and Itachi fought and Naruto, Sasuke, and Gaara defeated Kinkaku and Ginkaku.

Uchiha Yao crushed the Allied Forces, forced the surviving villages and small nations into submission, and sent Konoha’s army to conquer Kumogakure. As the Hidden Cloud prepared for invasion, Shion brought word that Moryo’s seal had been broken, and Yao went to confront the threat.

• Uchiha Yao defeated Itachi and sealed him and Hiruzen Sarutobi in crystals that inflicted constant torment, then routed the Allied Forces with his Perfect Susanoo.
• Darui and Kitsuchi sought peace, but Yao rejected their offers, revealed Konoha had destroyed their infiltrators, and demanded that Kumogakure and Iwagakure dissolve and join Konoha.
• Obito appeared before Ōnoki and Darui, then vanished, and the Allied Forces retreated as Konoha pursued and routed their rear guards.
• Uchiha Yao defeated Ōnoki’s final resistance, captured him, and threatened to bring Iwagakure under Konoha, while the Raikage and Ōnoki accepted they could not stop him.
• Uchiha Yao ordered small nations incorporated into the Land of Fire, and Uchiha Enka conquered the Land of Grass and executed its Daimyō.
• Jiraiya led Konoha’s invasion of the Land of Lightning as Sasuke and the Uchiha elites destroyed Hidden Cloud border outposts.
• Shion told Uchiha Yao that Moryo’s soul seal had been broken, and Yao accepted the Land of Demons’ submission in exchange for helping her.
• Uchiha Yao and Shion traveled to Moryo’s cave, where Yao sensed the monster and saw a man performing a ritual, while Kumogakure learned Jiraiya’s army would arrive within two days.
