Beneath the sea.
At the Air Coral Base.
The Air Coral Base was expanding at an almost outrageous speed. Practically every minute and second, its bubbles could be seen spreading farther into the seawater.
Even Kroya could not help marveling at the sight.
"It really feels like a brand-new map every time I come here."
"But at this speed... has the spell advanced?"
Curious, he carefully examined all the Air Coral once again.
Unfortunately, he found no sign that the Spell Inscription had evolved or changed. It was still the Bubble Spell he had originally inscribed.
He found that rather strange, but did not dwell on it.
Perhaps it had yet to undergo a qualitative change.
He headed straight toward the northern side of the Air Coral Base. The farther down he went here, the steeper the terrain became, forming a slope that bent at almost ninety degrees.
Eventually, it led to a deep ocean trench. The bubbles formed by the Air Coral stopped here, extending no farther.
Beyond this point lay the trench, where he could faintly make out deep red lava erupting incessantly. It occasionally flashed within the pitch-black depths, like a demon's eye suddenly lighting up.
The ocean's magic power was extremely volatile here.
Water magic and fire magic collided with each other, ultimately forming endlessly raging turbulence.
Few fish ventured here. Only those particularly fond of fire magic, such as rosy ribbonfish, swam through these waters.
Any magic plant or magical beast capable of living in such an environment had to be extraordinary.
"So this is the might of nature." Kroya stood quietly inside the Air Coral's bubble, watching the occasional red flashes in the distance.
Honestly, it was rather frightening.
"But the Air Coral's bubbles stay this stable even in an environment like this?"
Puzzled,
