"You seem excited. Oh, and thank you for your iris."
Kroya shook the ring on his finger, his tone as casual as if he were chatting with an old friend.
"It was a gift for you. May you be free."
A faint smile seemed to appear on the angel's face as they continued, "The wood used to build the Ark was Hundred-Thousand-Year gopherwood."
"If you can cultivate it, I can use its power to open the Ark Garden."
"As you can see, my power has grown very weak. I need the gopherwood's strength to help me recover."
"My friend, the magic plants in the Ark Garden... I am willing to give them to you as payment."
Whoa, that was one enormous promise.
Leaving everything else aside, just look at the two magic plants from the Ark Garden that had already appeared. One could dispel dark clouds, while the other could conceal auras. Either was astonishing in its own right.
It was impossible to imagine what other miraculous magic plants the garden held. Even Legendary Mages would probably fight tooth and nail over them.
Kroya was certainly tempted, but he asked first:
"Once the gopherwood arrives, how should I cultivate it?"
With this opportunity before him, Kroya naturally had to ask everything he could. This being surely knew far more than he did.

The angel fell briefly silent.
A moment later, their eyes became two mushroom-shaped halos, bright with lively intelligence.
Kroya knew that the mushroom must have possessed them again.
"My friend," they said, "the Ark can carry all living beings, and that naturally includes their mana and magic.
Back then, the Ark carried not only humans, magical beasts, and magic plants... even the Titan Elf Dragon Clan and deities lived peacefully aboard it.
All of that can be
