Kroya had no idea what was happening outside. He slept very comfortably.
He slept for three full days and nights-as a Level-Four Mage, he could already sustain himself without food for short periods.
He could even suspend his normal metabolism.
So he neither woke up hungry nor had to get up to use the bathroom. It was a wonderfully comfortable sleep.
He slept so long not only because of the immense pressure he had felt in the Womb Sea, but also because he could finally relax.
The Merfolk Tribe had promised him safety within their waters and the right to expand his territory, taking a great weight off his shoulders.
Once people relaxed mentally, they wanted to sleep.
Even if something urgently needed his attention, he had to get enough sleep first. Nothing mattered more than sleep.
"Ahhh~~~"
"That was a good sleep."
He stretched luxuriously, slipped out from beneath his Thirsty Sea Glow Algae blanket, and jumped barefoot off the bed.
He wore only a comfortable, snug-fitting set of pajamas. He had removed all his Magic Tool accessories and set them aside.
The interior of the Orpheus Oak was warm in winter and cool in summer. Even without actively using magic to regulate the temperature, the surface beneath his feet felt as smooth and pleasantly warm as fine jade.

Humming a cheerful tune, he began washing up.
As he washed, the Shark Tower Spirit told him everything that had happened outside, one matter at a time.
The less important matters included Baron Kermoyer taking over several more territories, bringing their lords under his command, collecting some magic plants and magical beasts, and shipping over the ore they had mined...
Kroya merely listened and said to leave all of that entirely to Rob.
These things no longer concerned him
