• Hu Xiaotian accepted Qiqi’s decree making him Prince of Suppressing the Sea, easing tensions with Great Yong while he prepared to build his strength.
• Hu Xiaotian traveled to the Yong Capital and enlisted Xue Lingjun’s help to rescue Liu Changsheng and Liu Yucheng in exchange for killing Jian Rongxin.

After Qin Yutong was abducted, he and Ji Feihua confronted the Sword Palace, where Hu was lured into a trap and found the real Qin Yutong bound in Swordheart Cave.

• Yuchi Chong agreed to return to the Northern Frontier, entrusted Yuchi Pingting to Hu Xiaotian, and arranged for Liu Yucheng to leave Great Yong.
• Hu Xiaotian and Zong Tang discovered that Emperor Jingde’s corpse had been replaced, then Ghost Physician Fu Wan revealed the Visitors from Beyond, the stranded spacecraft, and his mission to stop them.

Hu Xiaotian escaped Swordheart Cave, learned from Dongfang Wuwu, and helped stop a plague engineered by Xue Shengjing and the Black Hu. He then revealed the threat posed by visitors from other worlds, returned to Eastern Liang Commandery, and proposed to Long Xiyue as a Great Kang envoy arrived.

• The Master of Mei Manor revealed that Qin Yutong’s mother had not killed herself, while Sword Slave fought Hu Xiaotian and Qin Yutong escaped the Master’s attacks.
• Hu Xiaotian discovered Sword Slave was Dongfang Wuwu, learned the Heaven-Breaking Sword, and gathered Dongfang Wuwu’s ashes after he died.
• Hu Xiaotian and Ji Feihua helped expose and defeat the Black-and-White Twin Corpses, while Hu Xiaotian warned that rats might spread plague through the Yong Capital.
