"The volcano erupted..." Yufeng murmured as he watched the distant volcano. Hyuga Lingnai was the first to move. With her Byakugan, she had spotted Uchiha Mu and flew toward him. Even though she could see him, she was still worried.
Hashirama watched the scene in the distance and sighed deeply. He thought of Madara. If Madara had been like Uchiha Mu, could they have avoided ending up the way they had?
With that thought, Hashirama went over to Uchiha Mu. Several people surrounded him, while the Miko stood quietly nearby.
"Hashirama, long time no see. I heard you have a granddaughter now?" Uchiha Mu asked Hashirama Senju.
"Her name is Tsunade. She's adorable." Hashirama laughed heartily.
"Tsunade, huh? She'll probably be quite a handful when she grows up." A reminiscent look crossed Uchiha Mu's face. Familiar characters from the original story were gradually making their appearances, and he was almost unable to resist joining in just for the fun of it.
"Thank you, Lord Hashirama Senju. If you hadn't arrived in time, I really would have..." After hearing Hyuga Lingnai's account, Shingetsu shuddered at how close she had come.
"It was nothing. It was my duty anyway. Was it sealed?" Hashirama asked about their main objective.
"It was killed. Killed for good." Shingetsu smiled as she had not in a long time. This was no longer her usual forced smile, but one that came from the heart.
"I see." Hashirama smiled as well and gave Uchiha Mu a thumbs-up.
"Let's head back first. We should have plenty to talk about. And Hashirama, want to join us for a meal?" Uchiha Mu invited him.
"Sure." Hashirama readily agreed.
Although Uchiha Mu rarely saw Hashirama, he could tell that Hashirama had changed somewhat. He had become more sentimental, and Uchiha Mu even
