After helping rescue Aria from an apparent kidnapping plot, he reached Silvermoon City, where attackers ambushed his group inside the High Palace.

• Li Wei destroyed the Goblin force and the Treants in the Whispering Forest, then discovered the Night Goddess’s sanctuary and learned about the pocket worlds and their barriers.
• Li Wei reported his findings to the Queen, entered the sanctuary in northern Mericia with Katie, Alice, Sophia, and the Little Mermaid, and helped Daggerford survive poisoning and an army’s attack.
• Li Wei drove off a Blue Dragon and its followers near Green Shade Town, then considered how the Empire could replace services provided by the gods.
• Li Wei began selling Imperial weapons and goods in Neverwinter, while investigating the disappearance of gods and joining Emily Stone’s party on its search for the Blue Dragon’s lair.

Li Wei defeated Thranduil and the Blue Dragon, then returned to the Empire before investigating a dying Sanctuary world plagued by shadow monsters and an Outer God. He secured a possible way to contain the green flame and left with the Night Temple’s High Priestess following him.

• Li Wei killed Thranduil’s attacking knights and gravely wounded the mage, then accepted Alustriel’s compensation and left Silvermoon City with his companions.
• Li Wei and the Neverwinter Guard defeated the monsters around their rendezvous, then joined forces to enter the Blue Dragon’s lair and kill it with the Iron Dragon Mecha.
• Back in the Empire, Li Wei promoted biological medicine, examined new weapons, and returned to Neverwinter as its workers brought electric lights and steam heating to the town.
• The Night Goddess warned Li Wei that the destruction of Divine Realms threatened their worlds, and he investigated the Sanctuary’s corruption with Shuni and Imperial troops.
• Li Wei traced the Sanctuary’s disaster to the Sun Temple’s struggle with the Holy Lord Church and the green-flamed meteor, which may have escaped the Sun Temple’s control through the Holy Maiden.
• Li Wei found the Night Temple’s High Priestess, learned the Night Goddess had been safe but silent at his request, and obtained a Plane Merchant’s offer to contain the green flame for a Divine Artifact.
• Li Wei urged the High Priest to pray again, and the Night Goddess answered with moonlight before the High Priestess vowed to follow Li Wei.

Li Wei used cinema and rock music to challenge Francisian cultural influence at the City of a Thousand Joys festival. He then investigated a fraud centered in Clot Territory, and the pursuit ended with the Iron Eagle swallowed by a passage opened with a Sanctuary key.

• Li Wei discovered the Night Temples’ role in weakening the Sun God, then led an assault on Sun City and destroyed the girl who held the Sun God’s divine flame.
• Li Wei offered the Sun God’s Divine Power Seed to the Night Goddess, learned the Third Haven’s barrier would fail, and guided its survivors as the Sanctuary returned to the world.
• The Queen tasked Li Wei with competing against rival cities, and he recruited Louis Prince to make a motion picture of Pirates of the Caribbean.
• Li Wei filmed Pirates of the Caribbean, premiered it to the Royal Family, and arranged a nationwide release that drew strong acclaim and threatened Francisian theater.
