• Shi Chun confessed his feelings to Xiang Lan'er and tried to persuade her to leave with him, but she rejected him before being ordered to keep him interested in joining the Demonic Path.
• Shi Chun studied the pale blue substance left by the Aurora Lights and discovered how Bian Jixiong’s red mist transformed it into an immobilizing force.

Shi Chun rescued Mount Wukang from Jieyun Mountain’s demands, then built Bright Mountain Sect and secured its entry into the Divine Fire Pact. As the Divine Fire Domain opened, former allies and rival sects maneuvered around his group, and Shi Chun faced threats inside the domain while considering how to win the contest.

• Bian Weiying became Sect Master, but rumors about her parentage threatened her rule, so Shi Chun secured Wei Mo’s inscription and forced Jieyun Mountain’s delegation to withdraw.
• Shi Chun tested a new supply of Immobilization Technique material, then left Mount Wukang and settled in the Royal Capital, where Wu Jinliang introduced him to Duan Xiangmei.
• Shi Chun agreed to enter the Divine Fire Pact, arranged the release of Chu Jingtang and ten other disciples, and recruited them into Bright Mountain Sect with help from Young Master Nan.
• Young Master Nan secured Bright Mountain Sect’s approval for the Pact, and Shi Chun led its members to Blazing Fire Island as objections to their participation spread.

Shi Chun entered the Divine Fire Domain and joined forces with the Four Cauldron Sect to hunt divine fires, securing Scarlet Flame and Golden Flame for his allies. As rival sects were drawn away by decoys, Shi Chun pursued a third fire across the Icefield and trapped it beside an ice pillar.

• Shi Chun entered the Divine Fire Domain with Wu Jinliang and joined forces with Xu Anchang and Feng Yaoyang’s Four Cauldron Sect, then killed Feng Yaoyang and blamed the death on a masked attacker.
• Shi Chun led the Bright Mountain Sect and the Four Cauldron Sect to the Magma Spring Eye, where they subdued the Flame Crocodile and gave its Scarlet Flame Divine Fire to Tong Mingshan.
• Shi Chun organized searches for other divine fires and lured Red Cloud Fort away from the Iron Forest while his group searched its underground passages.
• Shi Chun defeated the white fire’s vertical eye and secured Golden Flame, which he gave to Zhu Xiangxin and concealed from the Four Cauldron Sect.

Shi Chun exposed the Ice Jiao’s Divine Fires, drew Summer Path Mountain and the Thousand Rocks Sect into a shifting alliance, and used his ability to locate more flames. The groups began sharing discoveries while Shi Chun set a plan in motion to involve the elders and continue the search.

• Shi Chun negotiated with Gu Liani, but the supposed Divine Fires inside the ice pillar proved to be an Ice Jiao that attacked the gathered sects.
• The Ice Jiao was trapped and eventually yielded seven Divine Fires, which Shi Chun’s group collected before escaping the transformed icefield.
• Shi Chun persuaded Xu Anchang to exploit information about the Thousand Rocks Sect and Forgetting Passion Valley, while the Thousand Rocks Sect stole a Divine Fire and Summer Path Mountain searched for the Ice Jiao.
• Gu Liani surrounded Shi Chun at the Iron Forest, but accepted an exchange of her formation artifacts for his method of locating Divine Fire and followed him to confront Gong Shixi’s group.
• Shi Chun brokered an alliance between Bright Mountain Sect, Summer Path Mountain, and the Thousand Rocks Sect, then located an underground earth flame and helped Gu Liani capture it.
• Shi Chun distributed Divine Fires among his allies and worked with Gu Liani to mislead pursuers and involve Elder Jin Guiqi in their search.
• Shi Chun located another flame beneath magma, and Gu Liani’s group captured it while Wu Jinliang prepared to follow them back to Shi Chun.
