• Li Ping overcame Zhou Lingyan’s poison, learned of her plot with Red Thunder Old Monster and Old Devil Wu, then escaped Donghua Mountain and killed her and Shao Guang.
• Li Ping reunited with Meng Wanjun, protected her from Sheng Hu, and later killed Sheng Hu before taking Meng Wanjun into his care.
• As Li Ping cultivated and attended the grand auction, he helped Cheng Yao obtain Heaven-Cleansing Water and avoided Red Thunder Old Monster’s attempted trap.

Li Ping completes his preparations in the Western Wastes, defeats Red Thunder Old Monster, and takes Meng Wanjun to Great Zhou to establish the White-Gathering Pavilion. After Wei Yiling seeks his help against the Eastern Sea Four Fiends, their threat prompts Li Ping to join her in confronting them.

• Li Ping builds a hidden refuge, gains third-tier formation mastery by experiencing Mo Yun’s life, and witnesses an Azure Giant Hand capture the Blazing Arrow Eagle.
• Li Ping takes Meng Wanjun west, settles at Little Plum Mountain, and waits as the Desolate Fire Sparrow advances to the third tier.
• Li Ping adopts the Li Jingyu identity to kill Red Thunder Old Monster, escapes Hua Wuji, and abandons plans to hunt Old Devil Wu.

Li Ping helped Wei Yiling and Feng Xishuang defeat the Eastern Sea Four Fiends, then recruited them into the Heavenly Craft Sect while removing the restrictions on their souls. He failed to obtain Sage Xu’s alchemy furnace and returned to Spirit Firmament City, where he continued pursuing materials and opportunities while the women served the Great Harmony Society.

• Li Ping discovered that Mo Gui had summoned the Eastern Sea Four Fiends to attack him and his companions, so he killed Mo Gui and prepared the Mo Household’s formation for an ambush.
• Li Ping, Wei Yiling, and Feng Xishuang killed the Four Fiends, and Li Ping learned that Wei Yiling had forged the Jade Slip that had provoked him.
• Wei Yiling and Feng Xishuang were forced by a Nascent Soul Cultivator to join the Great Harmony Society, and they asked Li Ping to remove the Soul Devouring Restrictions in their divine souls.

• Li Ping acquired the Soul Refining Pearl, gathered extreme yin qi with Wei Yiling and Feng Xishuang's help, and inherited Ye Xu's corpse-refining legacy, discovering the hidden Life-Bound Corpse Pearl inside it.
