Seeing their mother shot and lying in a pool of blood, the three princes of the Dragon Palace and Shirahoshi ignored the wall of fire blocking their way and rushed to her side.
The plaza remained in chaos. To the people of Fish-Man Island, Queen Otohime was their spiritual pillar, and now that pillar was on the verge of collapse. They had even forgotten to flee or put out the fires. They simply stood in the plaza, staring at the figures within the wall of fire and shouting.

At the other end of the plaza stood a man wearing an enormous hood. It was Fisher Tiger, and behind him were many members of the FFF Group, all much shorter than he was.
