"Buzzz!"
The sky roared. The meteorite hurtling down made the entire sky and even the tsunami rumble, tremble, and shudder beneath its pressure.
"Oh?"
Marshall D. Teach looked up at the enormous meteorite, his pupils contracting as his expression grew grave.
Behind him, Van Augur, Lafitte, and the others all stared wide-eyed.
"C-Captain!"
"He brought down a meteorite with one slash!"
"My God, how is that possible? Is this some kind of joke?"

A faint sound rang out as a pitch-black vortex formed in Marshall D. Teach's right hand. The power of the Dark-Dark Fruit rapidly swelled and surged into the sky.
In the blink of an eye, darkness swept forth as though swallowing everything, blotting out the sky as it engulfed the falling meteorite.
"Boom!"
Two breaths later, the darkness collided with the meteorite. No flames erupted, nor did any shock wave spread outward.
The enormous meteorite was swallowed directly by the darkness. Silent as an invisible ghost, the darkness obscured half the sky before River and the others.
"The power of the Dark-Dark Fruit!"
Donquixote Doflamingo's eyes flickered, his expression turning grave.
