• River overwhelmed the forces gathered on Bagran Island, defeated Kaido and Big Mom, and forced the surviving pirates to submit to him.
• Shanks chose not to fight River, while the Marines confronted River’s fleet near Dressrosa and retreated after Tsuru warned Akainu not to be provoked.
• River imprisoned Kaido and Big Mom, granted Vinsmoke Judge permission to study them, and recruited their surviving officers by sparing their captains.

• River defeated Redfield, Bullet, and World, gained Redfield and Bullet as allies, and later brought Fish-Man Island into Freedom.
• River and Ace brought powerful forces into Freedom as rebellions spread across the four seas, and River entered the newly opened Vortex Passage.
• River arrived in the Naruto World as Namikaze Sui, developed powerful chakra, and reunited with his older brother Minato and Kushina in Konoha.

River rescued the Kaguya Clan, established Hidden Wave Village, and joined forces with Nagato to build a new world while strengthening Akatsuki. After working with Orochimaru and learning of Tobi’s interest in the Uchiha, River returned to Konoha and found Naruto alone after defending a girl from bullies.

• River recruited Kimimaro, helped the Kaguya Clan escape Kirigakure, and founded Hidden Wave Village in the Land of Waves.
• River challenged Pain in Amegakure, defeated his Paths, and persuaded Nagato to become his partner in quietly building a new world.
• River advised Akatsuki as it developed and recruited members, then used Kamui to destroy four of Kakuzu’s hearts before sparing him.
• River reunited with Orochimaru, demonstrated Wood Release, and agreed to establish a laboratory and develop their own forces.
