When Mighty Big Boss Unit Three appeared on the battlefield, the other Greenskins thought Sneaky Boss had returned and cheered. Once they realized it was Crooked Mouth, they were a little disappointed.
Crooked Mouth was unhappy at being underestimated. First, he raised the three Lance emitters on his back, sending three beams of white energy precisely through three Tyranid Bio-ships. Then he drew the Phase Longsword at his waist and cleaved a nearby Tyranid Hive mothership in half.
When the dying Tyranid Hive mothership burst in a spray of acid, Unit Three used Teleportation and Flash Step to dodge it.
When swarms of Suicide Locusts and small Tyranid space War Beasts tried to use their compact size to bog Unit Three down, a vast tide of drones poured from its drone platform to meet them.
Against the Suicide Locusts, several drones could weave a net of white lightning together to destroy them. Against the larger Tyranid space War Beasts, the drones could use their autocannons to take them down in a dogfight. Even against enormous Tyranid Bio-ships, the drones had heavy missiles to deal with them.
Before long, Crooked Mouth had stolen the spotlight with his rapid kills. A Big Mek was a Big Mek. Even if they spent their time building things behind the lines, once they had a chance to Waaagh!, they were just as formidable.
Thanks to Crooked Mouth's performance, the Greenskins shook off their earlier disappointment and began praising how fucking awesome the Big Mek was.
