The arrival of the Morkanaut was the final straw that broke the Necron battle line. Even their powerful attacks, sturdy defenses, ability to resurrect, and the Pyramid's bombardment support could no longer change the outcome.

The Greenskins were far too fired up for the Waaagh!, and so many reinforcements had arrived that every passage entrance was becoming congested. Vast numbers of Necrons were destroyed, and there was almost not enough fun left to go around.

The Necron Dynasty beneath Euronia IV was not among the strongest. This time, a single Waaagh! really had smashed right through it.

The great floating Pyramid refused to accept this. It had only just finished awakening and had yet to show its power, but the battle had already swung overwhelmingly in the Greenskins' favor.

The green crystal at its apex blazed with its most dazzling green light, as though it intended to unleash its strongest attack and teach these barbarians invading its Tomb World an unforgettable lesson.

On the Gargant that stretched across the battlefield, Kidd stood atop the Morkanaut Statue, looking especially flashy amid a halo of golden light. He drew a one-handed Shoota and fired a shot at the Pyramid overhead.

He roared, "Fire fer me!"

The Gargant, consisting of nothing but a keel and gun turrets, let out its own furious roar. Every turret fired at once, and the thunderous barrage shook the Tomb World as though it were about to collapse.

The Orks suffered from a severe fear of insufficient firepower, and the number and caliber of the guns on their warships were downright deranged.

Even an ordinary battleship might not have survived a point-blank salvo from anti-ship guns, let alone a Necron Pyramid.
