Luo Bin and Tang Yu tried to escape the Corpse Prison after Zhou Sanming fell into the Three-Altars Abbey Master's hands, but they discovered a horrifying ritual underway in the Main Hall. When the Three-Altars Abbey Master attacked, Luo Bin raised the Yang Spirit Core and called out to him.

• Luo Bin realized the Yang Spirit Core might be shielding him from possession and wondered whether the Three-Altars Abbey Master could defeat Zhou Sanming without the Yin-Slaying Sword.
