Zhang Yang suddenly remembered and shot Quark a glare.
Quark caught Zhang Yang glaring at him out of the corner of his eye, then turned away and pretended not to see.
Zhang Yang thought to himself, No wonder that sounded so familiar. Isn't that what I fucking said back in Chapter 88 when I asked Quark for energy points??
Zhang Yang vanished from the spot, leaving this matter to Quark.
Quark did not disappoint Zhang Yang. He mingled with the many Third-Level Star Lords, even calling some of them brothers and becoming their "best buddies."
Once Quark felt the time was right, he excused himself and went back to work out the detailed rules.
After all, the sooner they implemented it, the sooner they could contribute to the Blue Star Lineage and turn those contributions into the lineage's fighting strength.
And so, time slowly passed.
Quark presented a detailed plan. Knowing they could not choose blindly, the Star Lords began taking first-level and second-level civilizations under their wings according to their respective wealth and strength.
Star Lords had one particular preference when choosing planets: they liked choosing planets inhabited by their own race.
Some preferred Second-Level Star Lords, believing they would soon graduate from their tutelage, advance to Third-Level Star Lords, and become a fighting force.
Other Star Lords chose First-Level Star Lords, considering them easier to nurture and more malleable.
Even Quark chose two first-level Vampire Race civilizations and began nurturing them along the way.
Raising First-Level Star Lords saved both trouble and money. He only needed Foxwoman Xiao Mei to help him manage them.
Foxwoman Xiao Mei was also in the Tribulation Transcendence Realm. She did not count as much of an expert in the Blue Star Lineage, but on a first-level planet, she was a godlike existence.
