The lineage needed to gather Cosmic Wonder Fragments in bulk. It wasn't short of divine source points, but of the fragments themselves.
Even with money, there was nowhere to buy them. Their supply was limited, but fourth-level lineages should all have some stockpiled.
However, the Blue Star Lineage had only recently advanced to a fourth-level civilization and knew too few Supreme Gods. Otherwise, a single word would have brought in quite a haul.
Zhang Yang had also sent purchase requests to the Fourth-Level Star Lords on his friends list, but had yet to receive any replies.
These fragments were Spirit Treasures that could equip Starfolk and strengthen planets. With so many uses, they were in short supply.
Another possibility was that the Fourth-Level Star Lords hadn't checked their private messages, or received so many each day that they had missed his.
Besides, Zhang Yang wasn't particularly close to them.
For all these reasons, they still hadn't collected a large quantity of Cosmic Wonder Fragments.
The Underworld was currently a two-star Wonder. Advancing it to a three-star Wonder required 100 fragments.
The Heavenly Court was currently a three-star Wonder. Advancing it to a four-star Wonder required 1,000 fragments.
That meant the Blue Star Lineage needed a vast number of fragments-the more, the better.
Upgrading to a five-star Wonder would most likely require a staggering 10,000 fragments.
