Arc 21The Revenge Fleet

Chris toured Minisia and prepared for the First Fleet’s return while Not Playing If I'm Not Having Fun was captured by elves. Knife-in-the-Butt led a player-built fleet across the sea, attacked Moonstone Port, and left Cole a prisoner amid the conquered harbor.

  • Not Playing If I'm Not Having Fun questioned Slakma after finding Dai Xi Hu alive, while the Varangian Warband split from the mercenaries to protect the camp and Chris ordered the search for the Snake-Men intensified.
  • Chris continued his tour of Minisia as Queen Elena’s pregnancy stirred palace factions, and he punished corrupt Tavitsky officials before inspecting farms, soldiers, and shipyards.
  • The First Fleet took Slakma to Bagnia, but a concealed elven ship attacked the Sea Lion and captured Not Playing If I'm Not Having Fun after he boarded it.
  • Not Playing If I'm Not Having Fun recorded his location after escaping his captors’ questions, and Chris approved Knife-in-the-Butt’s request for a warship as players formed the Revenge Fleet around the Storm.
  • Knife-in-the-Butt led the fleet through the Storm Belt, captured a half-elf freighter, and then attacked Moonstone’s ships after the fleet reached the port.
  • Olarian ordered Moonstone’s defenses into action, but the Storm destroyed the main Magic Tower before the mages’ spell trapped the battleship in a whirlpool.
  • Knife-in-the-Butt’s fleet continued bombarding Moonstone Port, and players landed at the docks, defeated the defenders, and took the harbor.
  • The conquerors shackled captured elves and half-elves and put human residents to work, while injured and bound Cole woke among the prisoners.

Arc 22The Worldburners Invasion

The Bagnians’ expeditions uncovered the threat of demons attacking the World Trees, forcing the Revenge Fleet and the elves into an alliance. The fleet established a beachhead in the Blue Flame Archipelago and prepared to advance toward the World Tree.

  • Knife-in-the-Butt questioned captured elves, learned that their teleportation spell consumed the World Tree’s vitality, and sailed for Bagnia with valuable leaves and other spoils.
  • Ximen Daguanren’s group was hunted amid the Restoration Army’s purges, killed Count Lawrence, and was arrested by Inquisitors.
  • After Casarina Island fell to the fishmen, Chris sent the First Fleet to the archipelago while the Revenge Fleet sailed toward the Blue Flame Archipelago.
  • Eliunor boarded Shanghai Pirate King’s ship to seek peace, then identified the Mirror Sea Adventuring Company as the mercenaries whose raid had sparked the war.
  • When demons breached the world’s crystalline barrier and attacked Mooncrown City, Shanghai Pirate King and Eliunor suspended hostilities and led the Revenge Fleet toward the invasion.
  • The Revenge Fleet landed under attack, drove back the demons, and won the elves’ acceptance as allies after Eliunor vouched for the Bagnians.
  • Shanghai Pirate King organized the beachhead, and the players repelled a demonic assault before preparing to advance at dawn.

Arc 23The Fall of Mooncrown City

The Bagnians and elves struggled to coordinate as demons attacked the beachhead and Mooncrown City, while players’ use of demon flesh and retaliation against an elven ship strained the alliance. After the World Tree fell and the demons breached the city, Ilúvatar hunted the hidden traitors and the Mountain Tiger Warband fought its way back toward Mooncrown City.

  • Grosag ordered attacks on the players’ beachhead and accelerated the corruption ritual, while the players pushed into Crystalsong Glade and were forced back by demon ambushes and gargoyle attacks.
  • With resurrection supplies running low, players began using demon flesh, developing mutations and new abilities as Shanghai Pirate King lost control of the divided beachhead.
  • Grosag launched a major assault, and the Abyssal Demon Dragon broke through the defenses before Saphira destroyed the Mechanicus Cult’s resurrection machines and the regular fleet intervened.
  • Lin Ruoyu and the Extreme Warriors helped retake the beachhead, while Knife-in-the-Butt led the Mountain Tiger Warband into Mooncrown City and fought through demonic ambushes toward Tears of the Firmament.
  • A rift opened in the sky after the World Tree on Evermeet Island fell, and Chris, Lydia, and the Blue Banner Army responded as demons and meteors threatened the kingdom.
  • The Bagnians and elves failed to establish unified command, and players wrecked the elven ship Mirror Moon in revenge, pushing the alliance toward collapse as Ilúvatar began investigating suspected fallen elves.
  • Ilúvatar killed Alice and defeated Hobert while seeking the mastermind behind the conspiracy, then discovered the Elven Elder dead and found evidence that his orders had weakened the city’s defenses.
  • A demon tide overwhelmed Mooncrown City, and Knife-in-the-Butt redirected the Mountain Tiger Warband to help, but demons ambushed the returning troops and slowed their advance.
