The sound of seawater flowed past, some currents slow, others swift.
The currents brushed past stone pillars suspended above the vast city on the seabed, rubbing against the strange patterns on their surfaces and producing peculiar sounds.
Listening closely, the seawater and stone pillars were actually playing a chaotic, indescribable ocean melody.
Any creature that heard those sounds would feel an irrepressible, nameless horror well up within.
That horror had no apparent cause. Simply hearing those strange sounds was enough to fill the listener with inexplicable terror.
The Tentacle Monster Group Owner could see nothing and could only judge from the sounds that this place was deeply strange.
The next second.
Or rather, in the very instant the sounds inspired horror, something even more terrifying and indescribable arose within the Group Owner-something impossible to resist, or even to contemplate resisting.
What was that?
The Tentacle Monster Group Owner felt utterly out of place and completely bewildered.
"Hello, Group Owner of Shadow Stream Home."
That terrifying voice rang out again. Though it clearly spoke Blue Star's Koi Language, it carried an incredible power that made the Group Owner tremble all over, reducing even the soul to the utmost abasement.
Before the owner of that voice, the Group Owner felt lower than a dog.
"My deepest apologies... who are you?" the Group Owner asked, trembling uncontrollably.
No, the trembling had already begun earlier. Now it had reached unprecedented heights, beyond anything the Group Owner knew how to describe.
It felt as though death should have come without leaving even a scrap behind, as though the Group Owner did not even deserve to listen, yet somehow survival remained possible.
"Who I am is not important."
"Tell me everything you know about the Lord of Shadow Stream and the plans for Blue
