"Still no word from San Tong?" High Person Qianshan suddenly asked Buddha Xuanmen.
"No. I can't get in touch with him!" Buddha Xuanmen nodded gravely. Dong Santong was his disciple, after all, and at this distance, he had several secret arts he could use to contact him. Yet he had tried them all to no avail. Like a stone sinking into the ocean, there had been no response whatsoever. Had Dong Santong's Lifebound Primordial Spirit Lamp not been burning brightly, Buddha Xuanmen would probably have left the group to search for him.
"Then it seems that place is even more dangerous than we imagined!" High Person Qianshan nodded, his expression grave.
"Perhaps he ran into King Ten-Thousand-Zhangs!" Buddha Xuanmen said.
"Yes! Almost all the high-ranked demon beasts in the Ten-Thousand-Zhang Sea seem to have vanished. King Ten-Thousand-Zhangs must have summoned them away!" the Medicine Venerable of Spring Returning interjected.
"Then it looks like we'll have to fight King Ten-Thousand-Zhangs as well!" High Person Qianshan said calmly. However formidable King Ten-Thousand-Zhangs might be, he was merely a tenth-tier demon beast at the spirit communion stage. How could he possibly stand against them all?
