• Li Xiaoya escaped the Inner Sea with Tianyuan, survived Tianyuan’s tribulation in the Race Battlefield, and received the Yin-Yang Heaven-and-Earth Divine Cauldron before Tianyuan departed.
• Li Xiaoya returned to the Human Race, completed his fifteen-star mission, and learned that the Dragon Race had seized territory while Dong Santong had gone missing.
• Daode Daoist Patriarch identified Li Xiaoya’s sword as the Bloodthirst Spirit-Communing Dragon-Slaying Sword and gave him instructions for refining the Human Realm Lesser Star Realm.

Li Xiaoya fought the Dragon Race elders and three Devil Race attackers, only to be caught in a clash involving the Dragon Ancestor and the Immortal Emperor. The war ended in a ceasefire while Li Xiaoya survived in an unknown region, weakened and searching for a way to recover.

• Li Xiaoya uncovered the Dragon Race’s bait and used clones to attack their forces, defeating the Blue Dragon Elder and Red Dragon Elder while learning the life law amid the devastation.
• As Li Xiaoya helped human cultivators defeat the remaining dragons, three Devil Race cultivators ambushed them, and Li Xiaoya battled Boss Fei, the Black Witch, and their companion.
• Li Xiaoya overwhelmed the three devils, but Old Dragon intervened and demanded his Dragon-Slaying Sword, forcing Li Xiaoya to risk his Nascent Souls and treasures.
• Daode Daoist Patriarch arrived to help Li Xiaoya, but the Dragon Ancestor shattered their escape route and sent Li Xiaoya into the void before the Immortal Emperor imposed a truce and restrictions on the warring races.
• The Dragon Ancestor withdrew his forces and ordered a search for Li Xiaoya, while Liu Xian'er accepted Daode Daoist Patriarch’s advice not to search or tell Zhang Hong.
• Li Xiaoya awoke buried and badly injured, then spent months recovering before using his Steel-armored Beetle to reach the surface of an unfamiliar region.

Li Xiaoya recovered on the Savage Wilderness Continent, learned that Little White was being hunted, and rescued him from a demon beast army. As dragon forces and the Heavenly Dome Emperor closed in, Li Xiaoya headed toward Black Blood Mountain while Little White chose to change course.

• Li Xiaoya survived the One-Horned Wood Beast’s attack by merging with a tree, then spent decades healing through the Life Law and the Five-Element Rainbow Ganoderma’s aid.
• The Five-Element Rainbow Ganoderma revealed that Li Xiaoya had been diverted to the Savage Wilderness Continent, and he later used Red Lotus Immortal Wine to restore much of his strength.
• Li Xiaoya defeated the One-Horned Wood Beast and learned that Little White, now an Azure Thunder Roc, had obtained the Myriad Tribulations Spirit Immortal Herb.
• Li Xiaoya spotted Little White surrounded by demon beasts, rescued him, and fought with him through the encirclement.
• Little White gave Li Xiaoya the Five-Element True Spirit Fruit, then parted ways with him rather than leave the Savage Wilderness Continent.
• The Heavenly Dome Emperor and Golden Dragon Princess learned that Li Xiaoya had rescued Little White and sent forces toward Black Blood Mountain.
• Li Xiaoya captured four Golden Dragon cultivators and learned that the Dragon Race was heading toward Black Blood Mountain, so he flew back toward Little White.
• Little White killed an Earth Silkworm Demon in a remote valley and decided not to go to Black Blood Mountain.

Li Xiaoya captured the Golden Dragon Princess, recovered the Three Treasures of the Immortal Spirit Realm, and fought his way to the sealed Spatial Gate. He entered the gate with the Azure Thunder Roc, leaving the Savage Wilderness Continent behind as the story later turned to Zhang Hong’s impending advancement.

• The Golden Dragon Princess ambushed Li Xiaoya, but he defeated her with the Yin-Yang Chaos Divine Cauldron and captured her inside it.
• Li Xiaoya followed the Golden Key and Metal Sphere to Ghost Tree Forest, helped Ancient Tree defeat the Four-Eared Giant Ape, and obtained the green Token that completed the Three Treasures.
• The Dragon Ancestor and the Immortal Emperor mobilized forces to find Li Xiaoya, while Li Xiaoya recovered Ancient Tree and set out to leave the Savage Wilderness Continent.
• Li Xiaoya rescued the badly wounded Azure Thunder Roc from the demon beasts and brought him into the Secret Realm Necklace.
• Li Xiaoya used the Three Treasures to open the Spatial Gate, but the Immortal Emperor sealed it and trapped him as the Heavenly Dome Emperor approached.
• Primeval wilds chaos qi began breaking the seal, while the Great Brahma Immortal Emperor confronted the Dragon Ancestor and blocked his way into the primeval wilds.
• Li Xiaoya killed the Heavenly Dome Emperor with the Bloodthirst Spirit-Communing Dragon-Slaying Sword, then entered the green curtain with the Token as the Twin Emperors' Tomb swallowed the passage.
• A thousand years later, the Daode Daoist Patriarch lost his sense of Li Xiaoya and arrived at Holy Son Peak, where red light and the power of laws churned around Zhang Hong’s cave abode.
