Though Anthony was already a superhuman being in mortal eyes, the two-hundred-year veteran now walked "slowly" past heaps of insect corpses, as though inspecting his troops. Primaris Warriors ran and fired around him, while farther ahead, flashes of melta and Plasma Gun fire lit up his Tactical Visor.

Suddenly, a faint tremor ran through the ceiling overhead. Anthony sensed it keenly, stopped short, and extended his right hand to halt the warriors running up behind him.

Pfft. The sound was faint, but its force was astonishing. Foul-smelling yellow-green Bio-acid melted through the ceiling and poured down like a waterfall, forming a small acid lake directly in front of Anthony.

Several Corrosive Bugs dropped down, rolled through the acid lake, and blocked Anthony's path.

Anthony drew the Ion Pistol from his waist and greeted them with a searing "salute."

"What are you looking at?" The Primaris Warrior bringing up the rear because he was carrying two Plasma Guns quietly planted his feet, then handed one to Anthony.

The Crimson Tide's vanguard swept through a vast area with savage ferocity, advancing until they reached the expansive Storage Area.

The warriors established makeshift defensive nodes here, piling the great heap of Sentinel Walker legs into simple barricades to hold "this vital junction."
