Seizing a Daemon Primarch by force?
The Tzeentch Greater Daemons attacked furiously, from the air, from the ground, bursting out of Warp portals. They used every means available to rush Dorn.
The broken half of the Blackstone Spire once again became a lone lighthouse amid a raging ocean, but this time, the wall of Titans no longer sheltered daemons. There was no evil psyker power around it, only endless fury.
Rogal Dorn leaned against the wreckage of the Sisters of Silence's Thunderhawk. The Thunderhawk Gunship had extremely strong armor; even the crash had left no obvious damage to its hull. But the shattered equipment inside and the recently extinguished flames left it useful only as cover.
Cawl soon finished building the War Coffin Dorn had requested. Blackstone fragments lay everywhere after the fierce fighting, and he reinforced the coffin with metal salvaged from the Thunderhawk's wreckage.
But there was one thing he was uncertain about: could this really suppress a Daemon Primarch?
Magnus's crystalline body was studded with the bones of Sisters of Silence, but that hardly seemed enough to immobilize him.
The only reason he was harmless now was that Dorn was sitting on him.
This was a Daemon Primarch. Consider Guilliman: Fulgrim had slashed him countless times back then, with the most critical blow cutting his throat. Every wound had been saturated with Slaanesh's toxins of desire, yet he had still survived long enough to be placed in a stasis field.
And this fellow was a Daemon Primarch.
"With all due respect, Mountain Fortress Lord, the anti-psyker field of this Blackstone coffin and the bones you embedded in his body are insufficient to suppress him. He still has the ability to break out using nothing more than his severely wounded body."
