Caught between attacks from within and without, Tzeentch's daemonic army collapsed in the blink of an eye.
Horus walked over to Guilliman and picked up the Emperor's Sword.
He examined his father's sword, then sneered and cut apart the psychic chains binding Guilliman.
Freed at last, Guilliman leaped back into the protection of his sons. A moment later, Sicarius and the Honor Guard formed three ranks in front of him.
"Horus, you're still alive? Why are you here?" Guilliman demanded.
"Rather than that, I think you should be more concerned with how to get out of the Maelstrom."
Horus tossed him the Emperor's Sword. Guilliman caught it swiftly, then watched Horus warily.
Horus paid him no mind, turning toward the Warp Rift behind him.
"I believe we'll have an answer soon."
A figure stepped out of the Warp Rift, dressed in white robes and dragging a half-dead Aeldari Shadowseer with his left hand.
Guilliman recognized him immediately as the being who had previously supplied him with information.
Bona tossed the Shadowseer onto the floor ahead.
"Got held up for a bit dealing with some little bugs. Looks like you've dealt with your trouble here too."
