He rose from flames and hatred, and when he appeared on the battlefield, he embodied the mightiest power of the Aeldari.

The towering god of vengeance rose from a noble sacrifice. The souls of the dead within the Craftworld's wraithbone fueled his wrath, while the Aeldari fighting amid bloodshed cheered for him.

The Avatar of Khaine held the blazing Wailing Doom, then leaped straight into the advancing human army.

The mighty war spirit crushed a rapidly reversing Venom Blade Tank underfoot, then spewed torrents of flame from his mouth, charring vast swathes of troops in an instant.

The Astartes charged with furious roars, trying to slay this powerful xenos god, but were hacked into pieces in the blink of an eye.

Magnus saw the mighty deity. He flung the lifeless Supreme Farseer in his hand aside like trash, and psyker power surged around him.

Caught off guard, Khaine staggered back several steps as psychic explosions erupted across his immense avatar.

Then he fixed his gaze on Magnus and charged with a roar.

The avatar of the God of War had been a kilometer away only a moment before, yet in the blink of an eye he was upon Magnus, bringing his flaming greatsword down at him.

Magnus darted aside, evading the God of War's crushing blow, only to be punched to the ground with astonishing speed. He smashed through several buildings like a stone skipping across water.

Khaine gave Magnus no time to breathe. He leaped up, gripped his sword with both hands, and brought it straight down.

But instead of the sensation of striking the ground, an eerie blue radiance caught the greatsword.
