Zuo Ci subdued Gotham’s engineered giant, punished Hush, and recruited allies before joining Mark and Superman to prepare for the Viltrumite threat. After Superman helped defeat a Viltrumite attack in space, Zuo Ci captured the enemy crew and began a project to drain Viltrumite strength.

• Batman and Zuo Ci escaped Hush’s exploding base, then Zuo Ci bought a Titan and used it to destroy Hugo’s giant monster.
• Zuo Ci restored Hush’s original face and arranged a humiliating punishment, then revealed to Batman that he already knew his identity.
• Zuo Ci cured Nora, rewarded Penguin for his loyalty, and came to Penguin’s aid when the Maroni Family attacked his shops.
• Zuo Ci defeated Mark, recognized him as Invincible, and warned him about the coming Invincible War and Viltrumite invasion.

• Zuo Ci subdued the Viltrumites with Super Itch Powder, helped the Coalition defeat their forces, and used White Snake to extract Angstrom’s portal power.
• Zuo Ci returned to Gotham and found the city in chaos, where he healed residents and joined Diana in rescuing people from plants and other dangers.
• Zuo Ci rescued Barry from toxic gas and returned with an army of zombies that helped turn the battle against MacArthur’s plant forces.

• Jack and Killer Croc captured a Talon, while Zuo Ci subdued other villains and confronted the Court of Owls as Gotham’s crisis escalated.
• A radioactive explosion and tsunami threatened Gotham, but Zuo Ci contained both hazards before rescuing Catwoman from Poison Ivy.
• Zuo Ci and Batman found Joker holding Batman captive, then stopped Joker’s plan and captured the Court of Owls members.
• Batman explained that the Court had awakened the Color Council, and Zuo Ci met God to obtain help against the threat.
