Gua was a little dumbfounded when he saw Orochimaru walk in.
I didn't invite you.
It wasn't that Gua didn't welcome Orochimaru. He just felt that Orochimaru wasn't really suited to an occasion like this. He, Itachi, Izumi, and Kabuto were all around the same age.
Now that Orochimaru's here...
Won't we end up leaving him out?
But Orochimaru was already here, so Gua could only nod and smile. "Thank you."
Gua was very happy today, and he showed everyone his gentle side.
Orochimaru pushed a gift box into Gua's hands.
Gua glanced at Orochimaru, then accepted it after all.
Orochimaru actually put some thought into this?
He had to admit, Orochimaru seemed to treat him pretty well.
Let's open it.
Gua reached out and untied the bow on top.
The cardboard packaging fell away, revealing what was inside.
A stylized plastic Orochimaru doll?
It even wobbles? Is there a spring underneath?
Gua's mouth twitched as he silently glanced at Orochimaru. What's this supposed to mean? Who gives someone a doll of themselves? How damn narcissistic can you be?
This is a bit much.
He wouldn't even dare put this thing in his room. He was afraid Orochimaru had installed a camera inside to spy on him.
And don't you think it looks creepy?
Gua was about to grit his teeth and put it away when Orochimaru added, "Try tapping it."
Suspicious, Gua gently tapped the "Orochimaru" doll on the head.
Then a girl's clear voice rang out from inside.
"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you..."
Uh...
Gua found it even creepier now.
He knew that voice all too well. Isn't that Anko?
An Orochimaru doll with Anko's voice? What kind of person comes up with a gift like this?
