Chu Sheng raised an eyebrow, glanced at her, and smiled. "It's all right."
"Then can you give me a laser cannon?"
The smile immediately vanished from Chu Sheng's face. "No."
"If you have supernatural materials, I can make you one. But if you don't, forget it."
As he spoke, Chu Sheng looked at the anomaly that had completely disintegrated, a trace of regret in his eyes.
He had known this anomaly would be hard to deal with, but with Qingqing around, they could have worn it down.
And even if Qingqing had been the only Sequence Seven keeping the anomaly in check before, once Zhu Qing advanced to Sequence Seven, it was doomed to pose little trouble.
Including himself, the convoy now had four Sequence Seven Adepts, while all the rest were Sequence Eight.
This anomaly could not pose any real threat to them.
The danger had only been a risk to the survivors, but in his mind, it would not matter even if every last one of them died.
