From its summit, one could take in the entire Land of Waves.
Naruto and Haku stood side by side, looking down at the town below.
"At first glance, it doesn't look much different from a few months ago, but the people here have come together. It's only a matter of time before the place develops."

Haku's expression turned a little cold. "I'm still not entirely sure, but the same group destroyed the Great Bridge both times. They wear black Red Cloud Cloaks."
"Older Brother Naruto, do you know an organization called Akatsuki?"
Naruto nodded when Haku mentioned Akatsuki. "They're a force based in the Land of Rain. A very powerful one."
"The Land of Rain?" Haku quietly committed the name to memory.
"I can understand the first attack, since the Gato Group hired them. But their coming back a second time puzzles me."
Naruto analyzed the situation in a low voice. "Akatsuki is a mercenary organization. Generally, once a job is done, they won't come back unless someone hires them again."
