Day six!
Even after reclaiming her former self, Ayako still refused to concede and wanted one final contest.
This time, they would have just one day to train the children, followed by one-on-one diving matches the next day. It would be best of three, with whoever stayed underwater longer winning.
Tetsuhiro readily agreed.
But after turning around and giving the assistant coach a few instructions, he left.
"What do you mean by this? Are you running away?"
Facing Ayako's bewildered, slightly angry questioning, Tetsuhiro turned back with a smile. "There's no rule saying I can't leave, is there? I believe in them. Give it your best, okay?"
He even gave the five young team members an encouraging gesture. "Let's~go!"
The team members raised their clenched fists and shouted confidently, "Let's go!"
"I'll be off, then. See ya~"
Under everyone's conflicted gazes, Tetsuhiro strode away without a care.
He took a car back to the T.N. Company.
As usual, Tetsuhiro stepped out of the elevator and greeted Nanako, who sat near the entrance, the moment he walked in.
"Hi~ Looking as cute as ever today."
"Hehe~ Not at all. You're just trying to cheer me up again, Mr. Li."

Her face visibly reddened, and Nanako hurriedly lowered her head, pushing up her round glasses.

"Haha, I'll keep saying it even if you won't talk to me."
Tetsuhiro walked over, bent down beside her ear, and whispered, "If you're not cute, who is?"
His warm breath swirled in her ear~
