Psionic users were T0-tier in any version. If rarity were measured in stars, with five stars being the highest, any psionic user would rate at least four.
Of course, psionic users only began appearing frequently after the psionic tide. Before then, during the early and middle stages of the game, news about them was few and far between.
But without exception, the earlier a psionic user appeared, the greater the potential they displayed. Those whose existence became known before the psionic tide, provided they survived to the end of the game, were invariably high-rarity, five-star characters.
Miss Amau had been one of them... and one of the few characters whose performance remained consistently strong from the first version to the last.
And as for how much time remained before the psionic tide began... Jonas shook his head, not quite daring to follow that thought any further.
Because right now, there hadn't been any news of psionic users anywhere in District 25.
At least for now, apart from Amau Sueko, Celine was the only person he knew who had already awakened psionic energy. And judging by her performance, her awakening might have occurred about a month earlier. The significance of that spoke for itself: she was at least a five-star rare character.
