To thank Mr. Hala and Professor Kukui for their help,
Li Wei and Cynthia visited the home of Mr. Hala, the Island Kahuna, on the outskirts of Iki Town.
Li Wei borrowed Mr. Hala's kitchen and cooked them a delicious dinner.
Compared with taking Mr. Hala out to eat, Li Wei felt this was a better way to show his gratitude.
While Li Wei cooked and Cynthia helped out,
Mr. Hala learned from Professor Kukui that Li Wei and Cynthia had bought a house on Melemele Island.
Mr. Hala raised his fruit tea.
"I haven't had a chance to congratulate you on buying a house on Melemele Island. Congratulations!"
"Thank you."
Li Wei and Cynthia clinked glasses with Mr. Hala.
The Alola Region also had a custom of throwing housewarming parties.
Once they officially moved in, Li Wei planned to invite Mr. Hala and Professor Kukui over.
"Professor, bring the girl you like next time."
At the dinner table, Li Wei quietly nudged Professor Kukui again.
Professor Kukui, who had nearly been made to blush furiously by Li Wei again, hurriedly glanced at the others at the table.

Fortunately, Cynthia and Mr. Hala had already started discussing the legends of the Alola Region and weren't paying attention to them.
