Li Wei was livestreaming himself playing Pokémon FireRed.
On the way to Mt. Moon, Li Wei showed off some in-game text hinting at the Pokémon League and the future Masters Tournament.
He took the opportunity to mention something to his viewers:
"Speaking of which, the Alola League has just been established, and the Masters Tournament's Points Tournament is about to begin..."

"That's right. I'll be representing the Alola Region in this year's Master League."
At the end of the livestream,
Li Wei saved his game at the foot of Mt. Moon.

Li Wei spoke slowly to the camera. "Whether it's an adventure in a game or a battle in real life,

After finishing his gaming livestream,
Li Wei replied to Cynthia's message.
Cynthia had been quite busy lately,
and had only just replied to Li Wei.
Cynthia was still studying ruins related to Hisui Goodra, hoping to dig up as much information as possible.
The conservation area being built for Goomy would be officially completed in a few more days.
Building their conservation area wasn't particularly difficult. It only involved altering the river's course and laying some turf.
Meanwhile, Professor Sandy was already communicating with Professor Sycamore and other professors in the Kalos Region, hoping to obtain some Goomy.
It wasn't as though the Sinnoh Region had no Goomy.
