Mizuki, Dayou, and the others actually found it a little strange.

Li Wei had returned after meeting with the Shiny Torterra and its companions,
and had made Pokéblocks without delaying the Pokémon Restaurant's evening opening.
Li Wei had been keeping track of the Torterra's route. They were indeed heading toward the Breeding Center.
But whether they chose to climb Misty Mountain or go around it, they couldn't possibly move as fast as Li Wei.
Quite a few people visited the Pokémon Restaurant that day, and the evening was even busier than lunchtime.
There were especially many female customers that day.
Only after speaking with the server at the front desk did Li Wei learn that they had all come for Zeraora.
