Alamos Town.
Riding Metagross, Li Wei arrived outside Alamos Town, and Diancie and Shaymin hopped down right after him.
Lucario and Zeraora jumped off Corviknight's back, while Dragapult quietly materialized beside Li Wei.
Zeraora looked at Li Wei curiously.
Why had they suddenly come to a little town like this?
Lucario, however, looked rather serious.
Through its aura, Lucario keenly sensed
that Li Wei's emotions were fluctuating quite strongly.
Was there even a hint of nervousness?
Ever since he had begun practicing Calm Mind with Lucario,
Li Wei's mind had been as still as water.
The last time his emotions had fluctuated this strongly
was when the Theme Park opened.
Now that they had come to this little town, he was actually a little nervous?
That left Lucario puzzled.
Lucario closed its eyes and rapidly spread its aura outward, but unfortunately, it found nothing.
Although diligent Calm Mind practice had extended Lucario's aura detection range to over a kilometer, everything was peaceful.
The town looked perfectly normal, too.
Blue skies, white clouds, clear weather as far as the eye could see-nothing like the abnormal spatial fluctuations Steven had described.
At least, nothing was visible to the naked eye.
"Kang Jin!"
Unlike Lucario, Metagross keenly detected the problem with the magnetic field.
It was the same thing Steven's Metagross had sensed.
"We're not going in there for fun this time. There could be danger, so everyone needs to be careful and stay together."
"Luca!"
"Shaymin!" The moment Shaymin heard there might be danger, it climbed up Li Wei's trouser leg onto his shoulder.
Diancie spoke softly through Telepathy. "It's all right. Didn't we get through Regigigas, too?"
*Could there really be anything harder to deal with than Regigigas? If there was... well, there was nothing they could do
