After being introduced by Li Wei and Lìmonè,
and formally meeting Professor Sycamore, Bonnie started visiting his lab whenever she had time.
Professor Sycamore welcomed her visits, too.
Bonnie wasn't there to play, but to learn how to care for Pokémon.
Professor Sycamore had already ordered dinner from Siebold's restaurant to be delivered directly to the lab.
Li Wei had to wait at the lab for Lance, so he planned to eat dinner there as well.
Li Wei had originally intended to cook himself.
But for one thing, Professor Sycamore said Li Wei was a guest, and he couldn't make him go to all that trouble in the kitchen.
Of course, the main reason was that the lab didn't have a kitchen at all.
Pokémon Food could be made without a kitchen. All they needed was a machine.
Fortunately, the lab did have a machine for making Pokémon Food.
Professor Sycamore quickly called Lìmonè to tell him that Clemont and Bonnie would be staying for dinner.
With Lìmonè's permission, Bonnie was delighted.
After all, she was a devoted fan of Li Wei and also loved Zeraora.
"Kitty! Big kitty!"
Bonnie threw her arms around Zeraora's big, fluffy tail.
Zeraora raised an eyebrow, but ultimately held back because Bonnie was cute.
It had to be said that Bonnie had done exactly what Li Wei most wanted to do...
"Bonnie, come here. I'll teach you how to make Pokémon Food."
Li Wei came to Zeraora's rescue.
"Okay! (^o^)/~"
Bonnie reluctantly left Zeraora's side.
"The first step is to wash all this meat thoroughly..."
"Then mince it into a paste. I'll leave that part to you."
It was actually just like cooking, right down to the seasoning.
The difference was that Pokémon Food required Berries, and sometimes Berry
