Still, all things considered, Li Wei thought having it was better than having nothing.
If Mega Dragonite was a physical attacker, Tailwind + Dragon Dance + Extreme Speed could work too.
Li Wei couldn't tell what the exact stats were.
Apart from Blue, who could discern their general leanings, the only way to obtain precise figures was through testing.
