"That's the plan for the Goodwill Event. Any questions?" Kenjaku explained.

"What do we do about that jujutsu sorcerer refusing to work with us?" Mahito stretched and sat up.

"It's fine. It doesn't matter if he won't work with us." Kenjaku waved off the concern.

"ΦΧΨΩαβγδΣ"

"There's even less reason to worry about that. Chiyo Shin will be lucky to keep himself safe at the Goodwill Event." Kenjaku took out the Soul Offering and gave it a shake.

After chatting that evening, Nobara Kugisaki, Yuji Itadori, Chiyo Shin, Megumi Fushiguro, and Junpei Yoshino returned to their respective rooms.

Once inside, Chiyo Shin picked up the First Generation Moon and the Bone-Binding Umbrella from the cabinet and examined them closely.

Come to the Goodwill Event with me tomorrow. I'll never leave you home alone again.

After looking at them for a while, Chiyo Shin put the First Generation Moon and the Bone-Binding Umbrella back.

As he set down the Bone-Binding Umbrella, the side of its canopy bearing Jogo suddenly rotated to face him.

Chiyo Shin noticed Jogo turning, too. "Right, you as well. It's time you started working for me."

Before his words had faded, Jogo's eye on the canopy snapped open.

Surprised, Chiyo Shin picked up the Bone-Binding Umbrella again. "Have you recovered?"

He opened the umbrella and fed in cursed energy, connecting to the medium to release Jogo.

A pool of magma slowly dripped from the open canopy. The temperature shot up, and flames rose around Chiyo Shin.

Chiyo Shin reached out to touch the flames beside him, yet they didn't burn his hand.

"Master." Jogo's voice interrupted his movements.

Chiyo Shin gazed intently at Jogo, who knelt before him on one knee, his eye pitch-black.

He raised a hand. "Rise."

Only after hearing the order did Jogo stand.

Chiyo Shin walked a circle around Jogo and nodded slightly. "You've recovered pretty well. Now I've got a formidable fighter under my command.

"Tomorrow at the Goodwill Event, I'll let Jogo loose to bite them, then watch from the sidelines and eat snacks."

Chiyo Shin savored the thought as he casually closed the Bone-Binding Umbrella.

The instant it closed, Jogo was sucked back inside.

Lying in bed, Chiyo Shin closed his eyes and imagined the wonderful sights awaiting him at tomorrow's Goodwill Event, then drifted off to sleep.

The sky was bright over Tokyo Jujutsu High.

"Chiyo Shin! Today's the Goodwill Event. If you dare be late today, I'll skin you alive!" Nobara Kugisaki dragged her luggage with one hand and pounded on Chiyo Shin's door with the other.

"Coming, coming! Don't rush me, Kugisaki." Inside, Chiyo Shin stifled his laughter as he got dressed.

The thought of Nobara Kugisaki dragging her luggage all the way there, only to discover that the Goodwill Event was being held at their own school, made Chiyo Shin accidentally laugh aloud.

"You're laughing, too? Get out here!" Nobara Kugisaki heard him through the door.

"Coming, coming." With the Bone-Binding Umbrella on his back and the First Generation Moon at his hip, Chiyo Shin composed his expression and opened the door.

Chiyo Shin had barely set one foot outside, the door still open, when Kugisaki grabbed him and dragged him away at a run.

Junpei Yoshino opened his door just then and watched the two leave. He clenched his fists, determined to work hard and grow stronger so he could fight alongside Chiyo and the others next time.

Before long, the two reached the meeting point.

Megumi Fushiguro, Yuji Itadori, Maki Zenin, Panda, and Toge Inumaki had already been waiting for quite some time.

"Wait, why are you all empty-handed? Aren't we going to Kyoto?" Nobara Kugisaki let go of Chiyo Shin's hand and looked at everyone in confusion.

"Pfft, hahahaha! Kugisaki, heh, hahaha-hic-hahaha!" Chiyo Shin rolled on the ground, laughing at her.

Kugisaki looked utterly bewildered.

"Huh? You didn't know? Didn't Chiyo and the others tell you?" Panda scratched his head.

"She never asked." Megumi Fushiguro folded his arms.

"I forgot. Sorry, Kugisaki." Yuji Itadori bowed in apology.

Seeing this, Panda stepped forward to explain to Nobara Kugisaki. "Each Goodwill Event is hosted by the school that won the previous one.

"Last time, we brought Yuta Okkotsu along to make up the numbers, and we ended up winning by a landslide.

"So this time, it's being held at our school."

"Hahaha, Kugisaki! You were putting so much effort into getting ready these past few days that I didn't stop you. You're not going to blame me, are you?" Chiyo Shin got up and patted Nobara Kugisaki's shoulder.

"Heh, heh. Of course not, Chiyo. You're my best friend, after all."

Nobara Kugisaki let go of her luggage and slowly turned around. "Straw Doll Technique!!"

"Yamete!" Chiyo Shin failed to dodge in time, and several nails drove into his butt.

Chiyo Shin was KO'd.

"All right, stop messing around. They're here." Maki Zenin called out to Nobara Kugisaki and Chiyo Shin.

Chiyo Shin quickly returned to the group and reached behind himself to yank the nails out of his butt.

"So that's Chiyo Shin? He looks really stupid," Momo Nishimiya whispered to Kasumi Miwa.

"But Mai and Todo both said he was really strong," Kasumi Miwa murmured with her head lowered.

Hearing their conversation, Mechamaru looked up at Chiyo Shin, who was rubbing his butt.

Did I make the right choice? There was a way to restore my body right in front of me, but I turned it down.

And came to ask this guy for help instead. Am I an idiot?

He turned his head slightly toward Kasumi Miwa. I guess I just don't want to disappoint her.

I hope Aoi Todo was right. If everything can be restored, I don't want to, either...

"Hey, you two. I can hear you bad-mouthing me." Chiyo Shin pointed at Kasumi Miwa and Momo Nishimiya.

His thoughts interrupted, Mechamaru stopped dwelling on it.

Caught out, Kasumi Miwa and Momo Nishimiya blushed.

Their entire conversation had reached Chiyo Shin's ears through Vibration.

I'll make sure Jogo beats them up good later. Damn it, how dare they bad-mouth the great Chiyo?

Utahime Iori walked up onto the platform from the back of the group and looked around. "Where's that idiot?"

"As if Satoru would ever be on time," Panda explained, biting his finger.

"Satoru's late," Maki Zenin stated the facts.

"The idiot means Mr. Gojo?" Yuji Itadori caught on from the sidelines.

"Of course it's Mr. Gojo. Who else would be late?" Chiyo Shin rubbed his butt, which felt much better now.

"Is someone insulting himself?" Megumi Fushiguro called him out.

"Sorry for the wait, everyone."

Chiyo Shin was about to offer a defense when Satoru Gojo's irritatingly smug voice came from behind them.

The Tokyo Jujutsu High students parted to make way.

Satoru Gojo carried three gift boxes. "Great, I'm not late this time, and everyone's here!

"I just got back from a business trip abroad. These are souvenirs for you."

As he spoke, Satoru Gojo began handing out the souvenirs without waiting for a response.

When he reached Utahime Iori, the souvenir in his hand swerved and landed on Gakuganji's head instead. "Oh, right. None for Utahime Iori."

"Who wants one anyway!"

The souvenir was taken off Gakuganji's head and tossed to the Kyoto students.

"Hehe, long time no see, Principal Gakuganji. You're not planning any tricks at the Goodwill Event, are you?" Satoru Gojo looked down at the expressionless Gakuganji.

"Heh, heh. Of course not." Gakuganji gave two dry chuckles.

"Good, then."

Satoru Gojo walked over to join the Tokyo students.

With everyone from both schools now present, the Kyoto Sister-School Goodwill Event officially began.
