After Itadori regained control, Itsuki asked to join Jujutsu High, revealing that he wanted to find Sukuna’s fingers for the intense cursed emotions they gave him; Gojo agreed to take him in.

After Nobara vanished and the finger cursed spirit appeared, Araki struck it and charged forward, leaving Yuji and Megumi to face its oppressive presence.

  • Kiyotaka Ijichi explained that a cursed womb had appeared inside the detention center, where five inmates remained trapped, and warned the students that it could become a special grade cursed spirit.

Ch. 13Cute little Jogo

Araki Itsuki overheard Suguru Geto and Jogo discussing their plans, then challenged Jogo outside and revealed his overwhelming strength and ability to absorb flames. Hanami rescued Jogo from Itsuki's attack, but Itsuki broke free and turned on Hanami.

  • Suguru Geto told Jogo that their plan required disabling Satoru Gojo, recruiting Ryomen Sukuna, and accounting for Araki Itsuki and Yuta Okkotsu.

Ch. 15Unrestrained slaughter

Araki Itsuki attacked Jogo, Hanami, and Suguru Geto with a massive icicle and hailstorm before summoning Rhaast from his scythe. Rhaast rampaged through Suguru Geto’s cursed spirits, severed Hanami’s arm, and turned toward Dagon as Jogo confronted Araki Itsuki.

Ch. 16A step back on both sides

Araki Itsuki brutally defeated Jogo while taunting Suguru Geto, then declared that he wanted Geto to carry out his thousand-year plan and turn the world into a sea of fire. He left the cursed spirits bewildered, with Suguru Geto wondering whether Araki Itsuki knew his true intentions.

  • Suguru Geto deduced that Araki Itsuki could devour attacks and urged Jogo to return, but Jogo ignored him and tried to expand his domain.
  • Araki Itsuki struck Jogo before he could finish, then battered him through the air with repeated blows while asking him subtraction questions to keep him conscious.
  • Hanami tried to intervene, but Suguru Geto stopped them; Jogo crashed near the group, barely conscious, and realized why Araki Itsuki had asked the questions.

Ch. 17Mahito, the leader

Araki Itsuki ordered Rhaast to restrain his urge to massacre humans while he continued his plans. Meanwhile, Mahito and the other cursed spirits discussed their encounter with Itsuki and agreed to proceed with Suguru Geto’s plan to seal Satoru Gojo in Shibuya on October 31.

  • Rhaast demanded permission to slaughter humans, but Araki Itsuki used his authority as Lord of the Death Star to make him yield and then allowed him to hunt cursed spirits without causing too much trouble.
  • Suguru Geto returned to the cursed spirits’ seaside domain with the frightened Dagon and told Mahito about Araki Itsuki’s strange power and their violent encounter.

Ch. 18A Bewildered Jogo

Araki Itsuki left Satoru Gojo to face Jogo alone, and Gojo effortlessly survived Jogo’s attacks before bringing Yuji Itadori in to observe. Jogo expanded his domain, prompting Gojo to explain domain techniques and prepare to counter with Unlimited Void.

  • Araki Itsuki refused to join Satoru Gojo against the approaching cursed spirit and left with Ijichi, while Gojo stayed behind to fight Jogo.
  • Jogo bombarded Satoru Gojo with flames and explosions, but Gojo emerged unharmed and beat him while explaining Infinity.
  • Satoru Gojo brought Yuji Itadori to watch the fight, and Jogo recognized him as Ryomen Sukuna’s vessel.

Ch. 19Special Grade Sorcerer

Satoru Gojo defeated Jogo with Unlimited Void, but Hanami rescued Jogo and escaped. Elsewhere, Araki Itsuki confronted Yoshinobu Gakuganji over his blocked special grade application, and their argument escalated toward a fight.

  • Satoru Gojo trapped Jogo in Unlimited Void, tore off his head, and demanded to know who had sent him.
  • Hanami distracted Satoru Gojo with flowers, seized Jogo's head, and fled after Satoru Gojo saved Yuji Itadori from Hanami's roots.
  • Satoru Gojo told Yuji Itadori that the gathering of powerful cursed spirits made things interesting and urged him to grow stronger.

Ch. 20Best friends meet

Araki Itsuki received his special grade student ID and learned that Yuji Itadori was considering a deal with Ryomen Sukuna to gain power. Before Araki and Yuji could discuss it further, Aoi Todo beat Megumi Fushiguro during the Goodwill Event and asked who Tokyo’s strongest fighter was.

  • Miwa gave Araki Itsuki his special grade student ID, and he left Yoshinobu Gakuganji’s room after taunting him.
  • Satoru Gojo told Yoshinobu Gakuganji that a new era was coming and reported his encounter with a special grade cursed spirit.
