Shinichi changed Naruto’s fate, protected him as family, and pulled Kakashi back into clan life while building ties with Konoha’s clans. When Kumogakure’s envoy crisis threatened the Hyuga, Shinichi defeated the Fourth Raikage and drove his forces away, leaving the village with a new Hatake legend.

• Shinichi used the system to gain powerful traits, rescued Naruto from bullying, and brought him into the Hatake home with Kakashi.
• Shinichi defied Danzo’s Root operatives, secured the Third Hokage’s approval to care for Naruto, and helped Kakashi commit to restoring the Hatake Clan.
• Shinichi awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan, trained with Guy, and began teaching Naruto, while also challenging the Hyuga Clan over its treatment of Naruto.
• Shinichi joined the Konoha Military Police Force, persuaded the Third Hokage that he was half Uchiha, and pushed Kakashi to train without relying on the Sharingan.
• Shinichi befriended Shisui and learned about his Mangekyō ability as the Kumogakure envoy crisis unfolded around Hinata’s abduction and Matsushita’s death.
• Shinichi warned the Third Hokage that the Hyuga incident could lead to war, then went to the border and challenged the Fourth Raikage on Konoha’s behalf.
• Shinichi used Kamui to evade the Raikage’s strongest Lariat and trapped him in Tsukuyomi, then ordered the Kumogakure forces to leave the Land of Fire.

Shinichi brought Karin into the Hatake family, forced the Uchiha and Konoha leadership toward a compromise, and began accepting his place in the world. He took Neji, Hinata, Itachi, and Sasuke as students while pursuing his own plans for the clans and his family.

• Shinichi defeated the Fourth Raikage, found Karin in Kusagakure, and brought her to live with the Hatake family in Konoha.
• Shinichi discussed an engagement between Naruto and Hinata with Hiashi, then met Fugaku and offered to help resolve the Uchiha Clan’s crisis.
• Shinichi confronted the Uchiha clansmen with Fugaku and Shisui, using his Susanoo and a mass Tsukuyomi to crush their coup ambitions.
• Fugaku agreed to reduce the Uchiha’s Konoha Military Police Force positions, and Shinichi persuaded the Third Hokage and other clan leaders to support sharing the vacancies.
• Shinichi arranged for Kakashi to spend time with Kurenai, then arrested Asuma after he insulted her and challenged Kakashi.
• Shinichi decided he belonged in the world and agreed to train Neji and Hinata, asking Hiashi to end the Main Family and Branch Family system and let Naruto and Hinata be together.
• Shinichi took Itachi and Sasuke as students, extracted Itachi’s talent, and assigned his Shadow Clone to train the brothers.

Shinichi protected the orphanage, changed the fates of Mei Terumi, Zabuza, Haku, and Kabuto, and prepared a larger plan to reshape Konoha. The stretch ended with him removing Neji’s Caged Bird Seal in Orochimaru’s laboratory.

• Shinichi discovered Yakushi Nonō and Kabuto at the orphanage, protected them from Danzo, and secured funding and safety for the children.
• Shinichi left Konoha, defeated Orochimaru, then helped free Yagura from Obito’s control and encouraged Zabuza to support Mei Terumi as the next Mizukage.
• Shinichi defeated a Hellhound and made it his summon Tenja, then found Haku and welcomed him into the Hatake Clan.
• Shinichi brought Shisui to Orochimaru, used Kotoamatsukami to secure Orochimaru’s trust, and obtained Orochimaru’s cells for his research.
• Shinichi gained the Hyuga Clan’s support for his plans and promised Neji that he would find a way to remove the Caged Bird Seal.
• Shinichi arranged for Kabuto to train under Orochimaru and gathered his students and the Uchiha for a coming spectacle.
• At Orochimaru’s laboratory, Shinichi studied Neji’s Caged Bird Seal and removed it in less than a minute.

Shinichi used public pressure to remove Danzo from power, then confronted Obito over the Nine-Tails’ Rampage and helped Kakashi replace his Sharingan. After Obito escaped, Shinichi strengthened his allies, clashed with Jiraiya, and began training Naruto and Sasuke in powerful techniques.

• Shinichi trained Itachi until he awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan, then urged him to build a peaceful future for Sasuke rather than sacrifice himself for him.
• Shinichi uncovered Danzo’s campaign against the Uchiha, exposed information about the Nine-Tails’ Rampage through the Bounty Exchange, and pressured the Third Hokage into removing Danzo from Root and the Elders Council.
• Shinichi aligned with Shikaku and the Ino-Shika-Cho clans, named Tsunade as his preferred next Hokage, and told Kakashi to visit the Cemetery for an unexpected surprise.
• Obito revealed himself to Kakashi at the Cemetery and admitted that he had orchestrated the Nine-Tails’ Rampage, but Rin appeared through Impure World Reincarnation to reject his excuses before vanishing.
• Shinichi and Kakashi fought Obito, but Obito used Izanagi and escaped with Black Zetsu, and he later reclaimed Kakashi’s Sharingan and ordered the Akatsuki to capture the tailed beasts early.
• Shinichi brought Kakashi to Orochimaru for a cloned-eye transplant and urged him to train in the Eight Gates and Lightning Release Armor so he could face Obito again.
• Shinichi caught Jiraiya peeping, imprisoned him at the Military Police Force, and reduced his sentence to three days after the Third Hokage sought his release.
• After Jiraiya fled upon finishing his sentence, Shinichi gained the Guide of the Child of Prophecy trait, taught Naruto the Rasengan, and secretly taught Sasuke the Chidori.
