After birth, all Saiyans were placed in the nursery to receive communal care, then sent to different planets on missions according to their aptitude.
But all of that would change now that Lin Chen had ascended the throne.

Not long afterward, a mysterious power suddenly enveloped Planet Vegeta in the depths of space.
Although the Saiyans on the planet had received advance warning from the royal palace, they were still awed by this power that transformed the heavens and the earth.
When that power dissipated, the Saiyans on the planet discovered to their astonishment that Planet Vegeta had left its original star system and arrived in an unfamiliar new one!
After witnessing this miraculous change, the Saiyans on the planet followed Lin Chen's orders and began their five-year period of lying low.
Shortly after Planet Vegeta vanished from its original location, a spaceship arrived at its former orbit.
Aboard the ship, several aliens in battle suits stared in astonishment at the empty region of space before them.
"Unbelievable. Planet Vegeta really is gone?"
"Was it destroyed?"
"I don't know. If it was destroyed, shouldn't there be planetary debris?"
"Whatever happened to the Saiyans, don't forget why we're here!"
