Chapter Summaries

After the defeat of Majin Buu, Lin Chen arranged for the good Fat Buu to live with Mr. Satan. Buu woke at Mr. Satan’s mansion, accepted chocolate from him, and declared that they were friends.

• Vegeta and the Supreme Kais learned that Lin Chen had rescued Fat Buu, and Lin Chen explained that he was the good Buu created by absorbing Grand Supreme Kai.
• Lin Chen took the sleeping Fat Buu home, where Lazuli asked what he planned to do with him.
• The next day, Lin Chen brought Fat Buu to Mr. Satan and told him to care for Buu with plenty of food and a dog.

• Mr. Popo summoned a jade-green dragon to carry Lin Chen to the Dragon God Realm, while Piccolo questioned Mr. Popo about his identity.
• Lin Chen crossed a dimensional passage and arrived in the Golden Space, where the jade-green dragon landed on a vast continent filled with life and dragonlike creatures.
• Saiyan Shenron met Lin Chen and explained that his Dragon Balls had been corrupted because Lin Chen lacked the Namekians’ power of miracles.
• Saiyan Shenron told Lin Chen that they could destroy the evil power if Lin Chen helped defeat its incarnation, and that Shenron could preserve his divine power by absorbing it.
• Saiyan Shenron led Lin Chen east past the palaces where Shenrons from different universes lived.

Lin Chen entered the Dragon God Realm to confront the Shadow Dragon that had seized part of Saiyan Shenron’s palace and power. The Shadow Dragon revealed its ambition to kill Lin Chen, absorb Saiyan Shenron completely, and become the new Dragon God.

• Lin Chen learned from Shenron that the Dragon God Realm held palaces belonging to Shenron from different universes and that Dragon God Zalama had disappeared.
• Saiyan Shenron showed Lin Chen its palace, where the Shadow Dragon had occupied half of it and threatened to take control of its power.
• Lin Chen and Saiyan Shenron entered the palace’s projection of Planet Vegeta and flew toward the region swallowed by darkness.
