Yuya grew from Kaguya’s helpless infant companion into a powerful ruler and shinobi while Kaguya cared for him and guarded the God Tree. After discovering that Kaguya was absorbing its poison and nearing a fatal fate, Yuya pursued new strength and began searching for the girl and beast from his vision.

• Su Ye fell into Princess Kaguya’s arms, failed to warn her about the future, and became Otsutsuki Yuya when she named him.
• Kaguya raised Yuya as they traveled, and he awakened a Sharingan, learned elemental techniques, and helped defeat samurai near Ancestor City.
• Kaguya entered the God Tree while Yuya governed the Land of Ancestors, improving daily life and revealing to the crowd that he was also Su Ye.

Yuya sought a way to save Princess Kaguya while uncovering the history of the God Tree and entering the Wind-Snow Realm. After clearing Abe Seimei’s trials, he escaped by shattering the realm, but Kaguya’s condition worsened as the Land of Ancestors faced an approaching siege.

• Yuya went on a festival date with Princess Kaguya, then watched her begin to wither as the God Tree’s corruption advanced.
• Yuya used Sage Mode and Heavenly Secrets Calculation to locate Abe Kiyuki, learned the Onmyōji history of the God Tree, and set out to obtain the Yin-Yang Pearl.
• Yuya rejected Princess Kaguya and fought her while Ōtsutsuki Isshiki’s influence controlled her, then awakened his Mangekyo Sharingan and used Flow Reversal to slow her decline before leaving for the Wind-Snow Realm.
• Yuya entered Abe Seimei’s ruins, endured the Yin-Yang Tomb trials, and learned that Princess Kaguya had merged with the God Tree to save the planet.
• Yuya defeated Abe Seimei, escaped the collapsing tomb, and taught the Wind-Snow Realm’s beasts to become summoning beasts.
• After discovering that months had passed and Kaguya was close to being consumed, Yuya shattered the Wind-Snow Realm to escape.

Yuya unified the world, fused with the God Tree, and married Princess Kaguya before fighting the Ōtsutsuki who destroyed Great Xia and left him sealed on the moon. A thousand years later, his karmic debt was partly repaid, he gained an external incarnation, and Princess Kaguya retained a slim chance of returning through reincarnation.

• Yuya unified the nations as Great Xia, ate the Chakra Fruit, and fused with the God Tree to stop it from draining the world.
• Yuya helped Princess Kaguya recover her memories, and after proposing to her, he married her and created a moon to change the fate Gamamaru had foreseen.
• Five high-ranking Ōtsutsuki attacked Yuya during the wedding, and he battled them in space with his clones and Silver Dragon at his side.
• The Ōtsutsuki captured Princess Kaguya and later invaded Earth, where their war destroyed Great Xia and sank most of the land.
• Princess Kaguya sacrificed herself to protect Yuya, but an ancient tree defeated him and the surviving Ōtsutsuki sealed him inside the moon.
• Hagoromo and Hamura restored the world, founded Ninshu, and passed down Yuya’s story, while their descendants’ clans fought for generations.
• Silver Dragon awakened a thousand years later and flew toward the Ōtsutsuki Ancestral Court as Yuya endured his moon seal and God Tree corrosion.

Yuya returned to the Naruto world, guided Madara and Hashirama through a turning point, and began raising Kaguya while trying to restore the Uzumaki Clan. The arc leaves Yuya and Kaguya under attack after she fought off a group of traffickers.

• Madara and Hashirama fought through the wars, then met Yuya, who granted their wishes and helped them establish peace between the Senju and Uchiha Clans.
• Madara won Yuya’s Hokage trial but gave the position back to Hashirama, then left to seek greater power after the Silver Dragon defeated him.
• Yuya reunited with the Silver Dragon, named her Yu Mengyuan, and later took Madara through cultivation trials while Izuna killed Tobirama and Hashirama led Konoha through the First Shinobi World War.
• Yuya found Kaguya’s reincarnation among newborn Hyuga twins, took her to his Inner World, and raised her as she grew through nine cultivation realms.
• As the Five Great Shinobi Villages destroyed Uzushio, Yuntian Uzumaki died protecting Kushina, and Yuya arrived to resurrect him and the Uzumaki Clan at Kushina’s request.
• Yuya and Kaguya encountered an older woman and her associates, who plotted to traffic Kaguya, but Kaguya fought through the attackers after Yuya warned her.
• A hidden samurai exploited Kaguya’s distraction after Yuya called her “Mama” and slashed at her from behind.
