The sun moved from the east to directly overhead.
Sunlight shone on Rock Mountain, shrinking its shadow to a tiny patch.
Odin was still pouring it in.
Ponzu had already finished her own training and was sitting nearby, drinking from a canteen without disturbing him.
By noon, Odin had finished this round of True Qi infusion. The True Qi in his Nen Script Dantian had reached nearly eight hundred strands.
Odin stopped and let out a long breath.
Ponzu handed him the canteen.
He took it and gulped down several mouthfuls.
"Continue tomorrow?" Ponzu asked.
"No need." Odin stood up and stretched his slightly stiff legs. "Judging by the time, I can fit in another round."
"Are you sure?" Ponzu asked worriedly.
"It's fine," Odin said. "It's just like practicing Ren twice in a row. You know how fast I recover."
He closed his eyes again. Nen surged out once more, turned into True Qi, and was poured into his Nen Script Dantian.
Strand after strand of True Qi entered the Nen Script Dantian, merging into the mass of True Qi inside.
The sun began sinking in the west. Rock Mountain's shadow lengthened again, slowly shifting from east to west.
Ponzu stood up, walked to the edge of Rock Mountain, and gazed into the distance.
The place was utterly barren, with little worth looking at.
She turned back to look at Odin.
His eyes were still closed. The Nen around him was much fainter than before, but it continued flowing out before returning to his body.
Another half hour passed.
Odin opened his eyes.
Several hundred more strands of True Qi had entered his Nen Script Dantian.
He now had nearly twelve hundred strands of True Qi.
He could feel the True Qi slowly rotating inside his Nen Script Dantian
