Ponzu recalled Dragonfly. The five Chinchillas returned to their original forms and curled into five little balls, which she put back into her cloth bag.
With his hands behind his back, Netero gazed into the distance and said, "Ho ho ho, this place is still as unfriendly as ever."
Odin gave Netero a speechless look, then led the others onward to continue exploring.
All sorts of problems and dangers cropped up along the way, making it clear to Ging and the others that if they wanted to build a city here, they would at least have to clear out a patch of land first.
And that clearly was no simple task.
After exploring ten kilometers without seeing any change in their surroundings, they decided to return to the beach.
When they returned, the others had already cleared a small area, apparently intending to set up camp there.
Morel stood on the beach. Seeing them return, he let out a relieved breath. "How did it go?"
Knov nodded and said, "The plants on the island are highly aggressive. Clearing them out won't be easy."
Morel and the others had already seen how aggressive the plants were, so they weren't particularly concerned.
This wasn't something a handful of them could accomplish anyway. It would take a great deal of manpower.
Unless someone had a Nen Ability particularly suited to this kind of clearing work.
There was still some time before the Giant Whale Ship arrived.
Odin didn't want to stay exposed to the wind and rain, either. Tents were fine as temporary shelter, but if something better was available, why stay in a makeshift tent?
